Camera Control docking wrong

I think this started with the latest upgrade -- my camera controls panel parks itself partially behind my lower tool bar. the circular symbols are half hidden. I cannot drag the panel to a different position as I used to.
Logging off and back on does not solve the problem. Does this mean I have to uninstall/reinstall SL?

Just for the record, this problem is gone, but I can't say why.
I guess it's one of those Great SL Mysteries :p
