i have d/load sl onto this comp again, i have used it with SL bfore and all has been well. but this time when i try to start SL. it tells me 'cant create GL rendeing context' and shuts down. its the same graphics as b4,,,anyone any ideas plz ?

Hi Keith, welcome to the forums. This is an error from OpenGL, the graphics library that SL uses. Support for this library is in your graphics card and its drivers ... have you changed anything about them since the last time you ran SL?
One thing that can cause this is a mismatch between the bit depth of buffers in SL and your OpenGL configuration. If your driver has a configuration utility, take a look at its 3D or OpenGL parameters ... I believe SL needs a bit depth of 24.
