sorry if this is a question with an obvious answer but i've searched and searched. I accidently rezzed a script to ground instead of wearing, please someone tell me how to get rid of it.

You cannot actually wear a script all by itself. A script is code that has to be put inside something called a prim or groups of prims. Here are what scripts will look like in an inventory.

Usually you can right click on something you drop on the ground and select take to return it to your inventory. You can also right click on something, select more, and then select delete to send it to your inventory's trashcan.

...or if you want to leave the prim, right-click on it, do Edit, click the More>> button on the lower-right of the edit window (if it's there), click the Contents tab on the edit window and delete the script from there.

there is no prim there to click on just the thing that looks like a ducks bill stuck on a white bit. when i click on it i get script error warning, "script trying to stop animations but permission trigger animation permission not set" I tried tearing off the page but it's still running. Sorry I should have been more specific shouldn't I, advice gratefully received.

ok guys thx for the help, i found it eventualy by checking the beacons-scripts in view. It was buried in the floor, enabling this function allowed me to click and take . Phew!  )
