Access Problem?

I have been playing Second Life for about 2 months now, and
everything has seemed to go pretty well. The other night, I recently realized
that as soon as I typed in my password to go and play, this message
appeared on the screen:

Login Failed.
Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer.
If you feel this is an error, please contact
[email]support@secondlife.com[/email]

I tried many attempts to re-type my password and try again, but this
message keeps coming up. What do I do about this?

Send an e-mail to the address given. You may have been banned for something against the TOS or perhaps they believe you are under 18.

In either case an e-mail to LL support will clarify, and if it's a mistake they will be able to put it right for you.

Okay, I did send an email to the support address, but it is strange, I wonder what would make that come up?
