Frequent Freezing.

Hello there.
A problem i am experiencing occasionally for these past 2 weeks is Freezing. When I am building or doing anything i would constantly freezing, most would take about 1-4 mins to unfreeze again. I can't do anything but to wait or relog. Most of the time, when i freeze, my Computer would freeze and i cannot do anything. Ctrl+Alt+Delete wouldn't work either, so i would restart my computer.. I would suspect it is a bug or it is my CPU. Help would be appreciated.

Its SL, another bug that make client freeze up when you edit or actually try to do something, i cant do squat in SL cause of it anymore, among to many bugs im still waiting for a fix.
