Hi, there, I just installed SL an created my account, basic free for now, but when I try to start it gives me the following message: --------------------------- Warning --------------------------- Second Life has detected that there may be a problem with. hardware or drivers on your computer. Often resolving these issues can result in enhanced stability and performance. Out of date SiS chipset driver Would you like to view a web page with more detailed information on this problem? --------------------------- Yes No --------------------------- If I click yes takes me to the page: http://secondlife.com/community/support.php where if I click on any link takes me to a blank page. Can anybody help and tell me what to do? It's very frustrating for somebody who tries a new game and just doesn't work. Thanks.

Snowflake, welcome and I sure hope you can get in smoothly! First, check to make sure you meet all the System Requirements. And, unfortunately that's not an accurate link for the problem it says--I'd go to the SiS site for that. I hope your "graphics card" isn't an integrated SiS chipset, because these are not supported (and have actually been known to have problems like making your avatar "permanude" . I'm also going to move your post to Technical Issues, the right place for this, where you can reply and discuss further... and don't hesitate to contact support. If you get blank pages, you can email support@secondlife.com or call: From: someone Toll-Free Support Line If none of the above resources can help, give us a call!
