Sorry, we can't really do anything other than recommend that your friend get in touch with Linden Labs via the support portal. If s/he's a Premium member, then they can try for Live Chat, I would think. Linden Lab employees do not generally read the forums, and certainly do not provide account support here. Good luck! |
