Attachment Pending and TP issues?

Hi:

For two days now ( 4/9 and 4/10 ) I have been unable to get my Av to attach hair and a pair of sunglasses? Pop-up indicates that an "attachment is pending for that spot". I've seen this before in the past but it usually resolves within a short time...certainly not after 2 days? Also, not sure if this is connected but I cannot TP to any of my Landmarks over this same period. Pop-up indicates " Sorry, but the system was unable to complete your teleport request in a timely fashion. Please try again in a few minutes"

Anybody else on SL having thses problems in last 2 days?

Is it always from the same sim or have you tried in different locations?

I'm unable to TP anywhere other than my Home location after I log on?
Home location is Orientation Public Island 187.186.21
