Can't exchange Lindens. Normal?

When I try to exchange lindens for US dollars, I get the following message:

We are unable to complete your request.
• Could not update a seller's balance.
• The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again.

Is this normal? Do any of you get the same message today?

Do you mean when you try to "Sell" L$ or "Cash Out"?
