Dear friends, How long will this problem affect us? Its the third day I'm trying to connect, but i still get the same answer:
UNABLE TO COMPLETE TRANSFORM:
"COPY INVENTORY TO NEW DATABASE"
CONTACT [email]SUPPORT@SECONDLIFE.COM[/email].
I'm quite tyerd of wayting. Maybe I'm the one who is doing somthong wrong.
Please help, or advice how log this will be!!!

I saw someone else having that problem, and it required Linden assistance, you will have to contact support for assistance.

I have the same problem, and have e-mailed Linden 4 times now, and guess what, they dont mail back.

People have been saying they are logging in with an alt, or getting a friend in-game, to make a help request, also Data Linden seems to be the guy to talk to.

Sure they should....but as evidenced by many threads here, they either don't or they are sooo far behind it could be days or weeks before they do. I'm just trying to tell you how to expedite a resolution to your problem.

The problem appears when copying inventory from one of our databases to another. You will know if you experience this bug as you’ll receive a message that states: “Unable to complete transform: Copy inventory to new database”. The fix for this has already been written and we will be deploying it later this morning. We’ll keep you updated as we know more. ................................ Now it sure doesnt' sound like it's been fixed and deployed if it's still doing that.  When you first connect to a new grid, it has to perform "inventory maintenance".... it sounds like it may be having the same problem while doing that stage as it was for builders trying to Copy To Inventory.
