Something changed in 1.6.3 which seems to impact security settings in XP. Since the download, I have not been able to get in at all. I hang up at "Verifying Protocol Version" and then am taken back to the login page. I did not make one change to the PC or software. Before the download, I could get in with no problem. The download has now prevented me from logging in at all. I have uninstalled McAfee firewall and have installed SP 2 for XP. What else can I do?

After reviewing many posts, I tried installing SP 2. Guess what? Everything works now. Thanks for the help!
