Every time I try to log in on the irst look viewer.. it tells me there is a new update and i must download it. So I download it.. but it says I already have it.. unless I install the "new" update I can't log in on the First Look. Help?

The First Look viewer does not update through clicking the download buttin in the client. When you do that, even within first look, you are downoading the updated NORMAL viewe. To get the updated FIRST Look, you must go get it manually from the site.
