I was freezing every, 5-15 minutes or so I would freeze up, and I mean freeze up. My entire computer would snafu, go limp, stop responding. I had to hard reboot.
I was having freezes of the client, but turning Shadows off fixed that, but this was something else. Anyway, I went and installed the newest GeForce drivers and the newest Creative Labs Audigy drivers and whala. I am no longer crashing or freezing although I havent started building something or editing scripts, we will see how that goes, I read there are bugs there that cause crashes though.
The lindens must have started to use some advanced features in the engine to prep it for the upcoming newer rendering engine is my guess.
