Losing appearance of avatar

Yesterday night I lost my avatars appearance completely.
It seemed that the clothing was saved, but bodyparts and head appearance were lost.
It is very important for me to have the avatar appearance back.
Is it possible to reset my account or make some rollback?

When this happens if you go into appearance and out and select DO NOT SAVE.. then you'll find it rolls back.. however the best option is to allways keep a backup of your shape. That way hit a data glitch and you have a backup :)
