I know it will be hard to believe... but.. I think there is a BUG in selecting multiple objects since the last update. (Insert rant in favor of rolling it back out here.)
When I attempt to select more than one prim using my usual method of holding down the control key, it does not work. I now have to go to edit mode and use the shift key, which will let me select two prims at a time and have to link those two, close the edit window, reopen and select 2 more and so on. This is frustrating enough for me to just say forget it and not build. Since building is all I really do, not building means not playing.
Highlight multiple objects by shift/boxing them works but only if your building outside away from all other prims... something that I never had to worry about before.
Ive contacted live help and got the apparently standard answer given when "I don't know" would be more to the point, uninstall/reinstal, which I did without luck.
I have not seen this issue posted anyplace else so I am just wondering.. Is it just me?
