Hello,i'm not exactly sure where to put this question, but if this in the wrong thread can someone direct me where to go. Ok well here is my question. I just sold my land shortly before my monthly tier charge which is on the 23rd of each month, well i wanted to downgrade my tier before the next month so i won't get charged since i don't own any land, but my question is,if i do it now will i be charged for the whole month,or just for a few days that i didn't downgrade?... can someone let me know please.. ty

You get charged for your "peak" land usage for the month. So, if you tier down before your subscription date, you'll be charged full tier for the current month, but you should be lowered for the following month.

No way not to get charged. You started on the 24th with the larger holding. That will mean you pay for that even if you held it for one minute past the billing point.
If you want to maximize land usage prior to downgrading, the best time to do it is just before the tier is due.
If you downgrade after the tier, you will be billed based on the larger holding since you are now in a new billing period.
If you downgrade early in the month you are losing out on using the land that you'll be paying for just the same.
So best time is just before tier is due. Give it a two-day allowance to make absolutely sure the changes register and double check your data all the way up to the new billing time.
