Hi first of all i dont know if this is the right place to put this but ive tried all other sources and dont get no joy.
Im trying to upgrade my account to premuim, when i do i hit which method i want to pay and hit on save button. when i do that all that comes up is a blank white screen, nothing else, i have done this on another pc aswell to just see if it was something on my end. I even got my friend to try and upgrade her account as well but she says she getting the same thing.
I tried going to the support pages but there is no suituble question for me to use to go into, and its frustrating cos there dont seem to be any help out there. Just wanted to know if anybody else is having the same problem and if so is there a fix or is it that Secound life is having issues with this.
thanking you in advance.

Okay heres what you need to do. Open up your IE = Internet Explorer. Then you need to go to the upgrade page an add in your Information carefully an correctly. save it when you get done an that doesnt work then go to your internet explorer options an pull the cookies down to low security an everything else at Moderate and or moderately low. then try again an it should work.

Upgrade problems

There appears to be a java code issue on the upgrade page, our webmaster says there is a call to a java function that is not defined. If they had a tech support phone number perhaps someone could alert them to this, instead they keep telling me it's our firewall causing the errror with line 560 on the upgrade page.
