i was afraid my computer had picked up a bug... i downloaded the update with no problems but this website as well as the game are impossible to get on to. i hope they get it fixed soon, anyone know whats going on????

Somehow I had an inkling of what was bound to follow, when I downloaded SecondLife_i686_1_15_0_1.tar.bz2 and it unpacked itself into a SecondLife_i686_1_14_0_2 directory.
Even more curious is the stats on the website :
Total Residents: 5,855,848
Logged In Last 60 Days: 1,778,430
Online Now: 0
With no blog updates...

I was trying for over an hour and a half, which has never happened before following an update. I couldn't get to this site either.
Had the same errors come up on SL "Can't connect to version manager" or something, then a 503 or 505 (can't remember which) error page service unavailable.
Anyway I've JUST managed to get online after all this time, and all is well apart from the usual XS4ALL Netherlands problem, and none of my friends list is showing up.
Gonna log off now anyway and start afresh tomorrow, I feel drained already lol
