when I'm on my land - my group owns the parcel - I keep getting a blue pop up sign that says 'unable to create requested object. Object is missing from data base'
any ideas what I need to do to get rid. Noone else is getting the message - just me. And just when I'm on our land.

Have you tried to wear your group tag?

Ohoh. Well, usually this message has nothing to do with land ... you get it whenever you try to rez an object that has fallen victim to a rather insidious form of inventory loss.

Try detaching everything scripted that you're wearing and see if that takes care of it. If not, then look at your scripted objects on your land. If you can, de-rez them (take) and see if one of them is the source of the problem.

Why you're only getting the message when you're on your land is a bit of a mystery to me. Perhaps it could happen if you're wearing a multigadget, like a mystitool, that you asked to rez something (or even put up a hud for you) one time when you were on your land? And for some reason the gadget keeps trying to do the request? On other lands the request would be ignored, but on your land you have permissions and it keeps retrying the failed request ... maybe.

Maybe you would also get the message if an object that you placed on your land that rezzes objects is broken. Say, for example, a pet that moves its limbs (that is done by rezzing and de-rezzing linked prims).
