Hello everyone,
I've tried looking everywhere for help with this problem but I cannot find any answers, so I come here seeking help. I have a problem with certain items in my inventory no longer working. When I say no longer working I mean I cannot attach them (they're attachments) and I cannot drop them to the ground, if I attempt to do that they simply disappear for a moment and then reappear at the top of the folder they're in. Basically the items are there...but they're not there if you catch my drift. Does anyone have any idea whats going on and a course of action I can take to fix the problem if it can be fixed? I've already done alot of tips like reinstalling and cleaning the cache but all have failed. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

I've only seen this in sims which were REALLY laggy. For example, at Gurlywood or Naughty, I tend to collect hair demos and go try them on elsewhere, because attachments so rarely complete there. Have you tried in really well-performing sims?

Thats another thing, the problem happens on any sim I go to. It doesn't matter how good or bad the sim is lagging it still will not rez.

Maybe someday this problem will get fixed ....

This has been a long standing problem. There are many posts or were many posts in the JIRA regarding inventory database errors and failure to rez. Might want to go there and add your name to the long list of denizens affected by this bug.

In the top right hand corner there is a quick search box. Search "inventory database" and then take your pick of one of the listings on this issue to post to. I tried to find the most recent to post here but there are pages and pages.
