If you are positive the money left your account, contact the seller and explain what happened. Most will send you the missing items.

Don't forget when contacting the sellers to give them a copy of the transaction history from the website...otherwise you'll be waiting even longer to get your goods This has happened to me often, but I have always had the goods replaced by the sellers, so I hope you have the same luck  |
