My appearance wont load....

It's been over 1 week and my appearance on SL will not load. I can't get any clothing on due to this reason. When I do try to get clothes on it tells me "Can't change appearance until clothing and shape are loaded" I than have to close that box. I tried re-starting my computers.My friend also tried to log on from her computer with the same problem only in my name, so I know it not my 2 computers.I even unpluged my modem but still nothing.I cleared my character in a box that I was told to do. I also cleared my chache,changed my password, reinstalled and installed sl. I went to help Island and they couldnt help me. I've sent tickets and tried live chat. They close my ticket saying soulution provided. Not much help. can anyone please help me fix this?Thanks so much. I'm thinking my account has a bug.

Try this....worked for the wife when she had this problem. Took us a month...to figure it out.

1. Press Control + Alt + D to bring up the Client and Sever menus.

2. Under Client...go to Character.

3. Under Character, go to Character tests.

4. Select Test Female.

You should now have the default newbie female. From here, you can reapply your skin, shape, hair, shoes, etc.
