I crashed to desktop over an Hour ago, and every time I try to login I get this:
Login Failed.
The System is Logging you out right now
Your account will not be available until
(it keeps putting the CURRENT Time here).

It has been over an hour and I still can't get in.
Names Hikaru Ling, and I crashed in Armory Isle, just as I was entering the spec ops shop there, If you go there you'll probably still see me there wearing my clone trooper armor.

I have the exact same problem. It's about 10:43 EST and I keep getting the 'can't login until XX:XX time' (which is the current time, plus one minute)

i got the message box saying logging you out, second life is going down and now i seem to be locked out but the grid status says its up and running.

As of right now I can't log in. I don't get any errors, it just sits on the "Logging in. SL may appear frozen" screen for a few minutes. It managed to get to "Contacting Region" or one of those, then I sat there waiting for another few minutes before giving up.

As for the message that says you have to wait, a couple of times I've been able to get back in faster by changing my Login destination to a specific sim instead of Last Location.

Having the exact same problem right now - been waiting about 10 minutes to log in but it's stuck on "Connecting to region"

Just another weekend in Second Life.. *sighs*

the Blog is an excellent source for info

8:10am PDT: Earlier this morning, the log database crashed, during this time (for approx. 30 minutes) you may have been unable to login to Second Life. The database has since recovered and you should be able to login to Second Life as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

7:50am PDT: Due to a database error, you may experience difficulty logging in. We are investigating and will post updates as they are available. Thank you for your patience.

....man this forum is slow to load,, geeez , anyway, its weekend expect login issues and "resolved" ; p

When are they going to close login 50.000 online? >.<

As for this;

blablablaa... it depends if sim is slow it can take forever to log in, log in on another sim, or create alt > msg < whoever is stuck in that "logging you out right now" and they can log in after whoever msg get "User is offline" , quite fun.

-login first/lastname password, always work ; )
