Crashing, crashing, crashing.... /me cry rl

Since 1.10 i frequently crash, i have done everything that 'would' solve the problem, yes even reformated and installed a new windows mediacenter. I found out my AO ZHAO would make me crash, so i took it off, and the crashing was better (with better i mean only once every half hour).
Now with 1.11 im back to every 5 min. It's making me very nervous. People pay me rl money to build custom houses and sims and because of this i can't do what i promise, wich isnt my way of handling things, not in my rl business nor in my sl business.

When will this be solved? Please?

I was fine until this latest update but have crashed at least 5 times this morning and more times than I care to remember yesterday- often when I was doing nothing at all.

Getting a bit fed up now!

I used to rarley crash, since this update its a regular thing and lag somehow seems alot worse. I'm freezing up more often, and often leads to yet more crashing=(

I used to crash a bit, but this new update means I'm crashing like 5+ times a day just from simple everyday things.

Yeah I know what you mean. Eversince last weeks up date 1.6 or somthing I had the same problems as all of you, but it freezes right after I log on. *whimpers*

oh my! you are right... i froze when looking at someone' profile, that was ... unexpected, to say the least.

I rarely crash in Sl but I did 3 times yesterday until I completely uninstalled Sl then reloaded it from the downloads page. This cured it for me. Also, for the OP , what are your system specifications? Your symtoms sound exactly like my older computer with an ATI 9800 AIW, found the graphics card just wouldn't play well with SL. Replaced it with an Nvidia 6600 GT and my crashing stopped.

i got a gf7800 from bfg so i doubt the crashing are because of the cards for most people right now

As long as i dont Shop, Build texture or dance i dont crash... lovely.. can we PLEASE fix this current mess i was fine till last update.. now its just ridiculous and unplayable..

I have been incessantly crashing too.

I did everything I could possibly do, from changing graphics settings, to deleting caches, logging in with other characters, logging in at different locations, reinstalling SL many times!

I even changed my graphics card driver (and back too!)

It's not fair, Linden Labs isn't really answering my questions. They just tell me the same stuff "reinstall" or "check your requirements".

I have played this game fine for almost a year! Why would this happen now?

Owly, if you get fancy answers like that translate it to: We have no clue!

They are prolly working day and night on it to find whats the cause, so spam those crash reports, really spam!
It's an issue for a while now, yet no fix... i wished they would stop working on new content and focus on the bug fixes now.
