Before 1.9, I could hold down my ALT key, and then all the while use the arrow & page up/page down keys to zoom all around within my draw distance.

Now...

If you hold down the ALT key, and simply tap the arrow and/or page up /page down keys - the Zoom crosshairs disappear until you let up on ALT and press it again.

This is extremely frustrating when trying to do a complex Zoom operation, such as Zoom up, pan over, Zoom up. It can be done still, but takes a lot of patience now.

Please fix!
