After installing new preview it insists on downloading the preview again

I downloaded and installed the 1.5.14 preview and upon attempting to run it it produces a message saying there is a new version available that must be installed.

A Popup List with Colo, DMZ, Agni, etc.

The preview installation that wanted to be redownloaded had a popup list above the connect button with what appeared to be choices of where to log onto , with choces of Colo, DMZ, Agni, etc.

I have now redownloaded and reinstalled it but it has hung at connecting to region.

The second download and installation did not have the abnormal popup list .

After Uninstalling the Popup list reappears and wants to download a new version.

After uninstalling the preview using the windows add remove programs and reinstalling the Popup list reappears on the startup screen and upon attempting to connect it once again wants to download a new version.
