I tend not to be to pleased when the stuff that should work DOES NOT...
i cannot call you folks at LL becasue you have some lame message..something to the effect you are too busy..
I tried to reset my password.. and it is not going to the email i have indicated it should be going to.. sent messages to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email].. got an automated response.
i did not think you could get any worse at customer service.. i was soooo wrong..
i hope you all plan on working this weekend to fix this.. I know i would be FIRED .. if i left customers hanging like this..
you seem to be able to bill be quick enough.. to bad you cannot fix lag or reset my password as quickly.
i trust you ALL will be workign well into the night to fix this garbage

I cant even get into Forums with her, and I am subjected to use my husbands account to search for answers and ask WHY CANT I GET MY FREAKIN EMAIL. I have to emailed support and submitted for a new password numerous times there is no mail in my junk folder either!!! Caliing is worthless for sure. AND worst yet I have to host an event tomorrow at 11 am. HOW AM I GUNNA DO THAT IF I CAN'T LOG IN. Will someone PLEASE fix this issue. I have asked live help they said wait 3 hours and i subbmitted all this at 1pm my time which is 10 SL time. ITS BEEN 3 HOURS WHERE'S MY GD E-MAIL!!!!

THis is absolutely stupid what they did. Now because they didn't have enough security alot of people are going to suffer. Everyone's password was reset, i bet more then half dont remember the stupid security question.
Now i cant pay for the rent I owe this weekend, lord knows if I will even be able to get back in with my main account on monday, this is a bloody outrage.
This is exactly the type of bs that steers people AWAY from SL. but what do they care, they're still billing people even though they can't log in, the money keeps getting funnelled, so it doesnt really matter if people complain.
