for the last couple of days(mabye 3 weeks) i have been undergoing procedure with SecondLife's abuse department which has not alloud me to access the game but now that it is cleared up and my account is active again aswell as being able to view the forums and post in them i am still having one problem. i cannot get into secondlife, there is an error stating that i am "Unable to access account from this computer. If you feel this is an error contact [email]support@secondlife.com[/email]" and ofcourse i have done that but i was afraid my email has been overlooked given the amount of time i have been waiting for a response.
What i am asking is that if this is a simple problem may it be fixed, thanks in advanced and secondlife is a great way to view the internet and i enjoy it because of its so many different worlds. if there is any further information needed please feel free to email me at any time of the day, checking my email is the only thing i have left to do computer wise.

I see we'd already spoken to you about the reasons for this. It looks like we forgot to remove one of the security blocks involved. You should have better luck now.

New to Sl and been playing a bit and now I get the same message. Don't think I have beened banned and if I had don't know why.
