Keep getting a message to retry in 2 minutes time...
This is the third day in a row i've been unable to log in becuase of server side issues.
I only logged out because scripts would compile but not save.
So, on top of the crashing/buggy software, when I can get the viewer to run, I cannot log in becuase of server maintenence....
Am I wasting my time with this?

From: Milo Linden Try now. Thanks - yes it did work. The problem is that similar things have been happening for the last 3 days. I try to use SL between 7pm and 12:00am (UK time), but it's of little use if I can only log in during the middle of the night here... I appreciate your efforts with support, and I'm sure SL sill be excellent once the software and server side issues are sorted out, but it's very frustrating to be paying for a service I cannot use. We have 3 PC's here, all different specs - and each of them are displaying similar issues with the software to varying degrees from the SL app freezing to causing the whole system to lock up or BSOD... If it ws just happening to one PC, I would give it the benefit of the doubt that it was an issue with the PC, but for it to be happening to 3 suggests there are underlying issues with the software. Do you have an ETA to when a stable version of the software will be available? Gomez |
