Ok guys, I need some serious help, I walked away from my PC to get dinner, I come back and the monitor is blinking on and off every second or so... I have tried rebooting, I have tried unpluggung and replugging the monitor, I have also made sure my video card is tight and secure... nothing seemed to help...
So did my video card fry or is it something with my monitor.. How can I tell? anyone know?

Sounds like your monitor is giving out on you. What kind is it and how old is it? Gonna point Dmi in this direction... he's had 20 plus years experience with computers.

Try another monitor on it if you have another one or try that one on another computer.

And here I thought only my cats did that. Well, they did until I carefully explained the various methods of cat skinning to them. They behave now.
