Vertex Buffer Objects Off Problem

When i turn vertex buffer objects off, my memory usage climbes steadily up until about 1.8gig, at which point SL crashes. When I turn it on my memory usage stays around half a gig and no crash. Normally that would be the solution and done :), but turning them on causes another problem. If I'm using a program that uses directx to play video (vlc), then SL freezes solid for about 10 seconds, every 30 seconds or so. Eventually it crashes. If I change vlc to output using opengl, there's no problem.

Just a heads up to anyone who might be having similar problems.

Best thing to do is search the public jira website and match your problem with other issues.

If it doesn't exist, then create a new one. That way it will get in queue to be looked at by the source crews.
