umm my sl jsut does this when i double-click the icon, already re-installed, already re-started lots of time....

The GLU32.DLL error is probably related to graphics drivers; I'd suggest reinstalling yours. Follow the steps here as closely as possible to make sure the drivers don't end up corrupted:
