Land-No Edit

I recently bought additional land in Vashti, and when I do an 'about land', it shows me as the owner, and, since the purchase puts me in a higher tier, I've already been to the website and acknowledged the higher tier. About an hour has passed, and I still cannot edit my land.. The last time I bought land, I followed the same procedure and was immediately able to edit the land... Is this another 'feature' of 1.9????

Tas go to the option tab in about land, and make sure the correct options are set.
