Stuck at "Connecting to Region" when trying to log in.

Okay...heres a wierd problem.

I was having a strange problem where I would not be able to interact with anything. I would fall right though the ground of floor, and walk through walls. If I tried to use an object it said "This object is not in the same region." etc.

So I tried to restart the game. Now whenever I try to log in, it gets stuck at "Connecting to Region" whats up with that?

Maybe there is a problem with the sim you were last in. With SL closed, try clicking this link and when SL starts, log in.

Erf? I should state that Im a newbie. Should I know what a sim is? *Clicks on link*

It seems to have worked... it said that there was a problem with the place i was and I logged into somwhere else as a result.

PS: Actually... all my text shows up as boxes now... ugh. I cant see *ANY* words in game.

Glad you got it worked out.

Oh, and a sim is just a region on the map of the SL world. Each region is on a different simulator server computer, and sometimes one will have a problem while the rest of the world is okay.
