L support concern

I am not sure if this is the right place to adress this, but i dont know where else to turn. My problem is that recently I have hosted 3 events. Well its been about 8 days since Ive had my last event, and I have not recieved any linden support. I made sure to follow guidelines, and requested linden support. I emailed the detalis (I didnt know about the event reporter till today). About 2 months ago when i hosted events i never had this problem. I would usually get support within 5 days. Its been 2 weeks since Ive had the first of these 3 events. I Imd Jeff Linden and stated my concern, I also emailed Linden support about it. I have yet to recieve a reponse from either. ITs not so much the support I need, but i spent 1500l at those events out of my pocket, that I have not got back, now I am stuck wtih 500l and I am scared to host another event in fear that I wont get paid. I was just wondering if there is any other steps I should take, Ive tried everything I can think of, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Apparantly, the Lindens are too busy to keep up on stuff like this, which is really sad. It's why I stopped doing events.

Sorry for the delay in paying the support. The number of events we support has doubled in the last couple of months and is currently over 300 a week. I'll check on this. Please IM me if you don't get paid by 5 pm PT Friday, December 3.

It's all done with the event reporter these days: they send the e-mails from within the game. I hosted a linden-fundable event on Saturday and got my money on Monday. IM a Linden in-world or IM me and I'll gladly give you a copy of the one I have. Then you can use it to re-submit your events and in the part where it asks if you have aditional comments, say what and why you're doing that.
