process credit going crazy?

hey, it has been more than a week now i placed a process credit request and it is still in progress... is that normal? do any of you have the same problem? normall it takes from 5 to 7 days through paypal, yet it is more than that now... thanks for the feedback

Hi, sometimes its faster, some times not, mine took once almost 3 weeks. If it says in progress then just be patient, it will get there.

My last process credit has been going for at least a week now too... came to the forums to see if I was the only one... For the past few months it has taken about 3 days which is very good. There was a period where it would take about a week normally.... hoping they are just busier than usual because of all of the "holiday withdrawals." If it gets to the end of this week I'll start getting a bit worried.

im having troubles too. normally takes 2-5 days for my credit to process, never has been more then a week though, but my latest credit has been waiting for 8 days so far, and still no sign of getting my money. whats going on here?

I finally got my payment after 8 days. This is way longer than normal. It seems that credits are processed on Tuesday and Thursdays, and until now I have always received payment on the next processing day after I had put in for the credit.

In case some of you are still waiting, I just thought I'd mention that I got mine today. It took erm...four days. I only posted originally because I normally expect it to take 7 days but was disturbed at the prospect of having to wait weeks.
I guess it's time to raise support tickets if you've been waiting that long already.

Perhaps since it is getting into the holiday season, those who do the processing are working around a different schedule like many companies might do when some employees go on vacation and begin to work day-on day-off schedules and such.
I would get my process credit request in as soon as possible and understand that it may not always get to me the very next day around the holidays. It's much like sending regular mail during the holidays and expecting it to get there the same time as other times of the year.
Just a thought.
