I have some money problems- during LindeX add credit transaction i was billed twice for an amount of 25US$ (sh**), and money was already transfered to Linden Inst., so of course i submittet a ticket (on 11.07.) and since then no reply i have nowhere found how long does it take for them to answer on a ticket. I also open a dispute with Paypal (yesterday).
I would like to know how long residents must on average wait for a ticket processing.
