So I moved into my campus apartment recently and I have been having trouble with Secondlife dropping me at random times and the packet loss jumping up to 150% or more. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do (like using a proxy or something) to combat this? I would apprecaite any info or help. And by the way, going to talk to the tech guys is kind of out as you arent supposed to use stuff like SL, some bullshit about taking up too much bandwidth on a T3 (Hah!).
