Flashing Texture arround the cursor

Just got a new ATI All In Wonder X1800XL Video Card and when I run SL in Full Screen mode the texture arround the mouse pointer flashes and looks all corrupted.

I have tried the Omega Drivers & the ATi 5.13 drivers.

Any ideas???
