Okay, i'm not sure whats up, but I cannot get my movie control to show up in any theatre. I have Music control, but not movie. I even went into preferences and made sure I had everything set and applyed, and then I restarted a few times. Still, nothing... Can someone tell me whats up, or what the problem might be? I'm completely confused on this one...

Are you able to watch Quicktime movies on the Web or from your computer? The video in SL relies on Quicktime to do it's dirty work. Maybe if Quicktime is not installed on your computer then it won't give you the movie controls in SL? Just a guess...  |

re download quicktime 6, install, restart pc , launch SL, see if that work. I had the same problem, even when i already had it installed -.- something broke i guess , works now  |
