I'm in SL trying to build. Then nothing rezzes from my Inventory So I log out and try to log in again. Clear cache, (Because thats the #1 answer you get from Linden) Tried to log in again and guess what they are at it again. Not a chance tof logi So what's up this time.. Linden this has been going on for days. You don't let anyone know on the blog, You don't do anything. You refuse to answer the telephone So whats going on. Its about time you told everyone what the deal is. Have you read this forum. your getting totally destroyed by people and it seems like you couldn't give a monkeys why don't you decide to sell out to a company that has some professional people who know just what they are dioing when it comes to simple grapics and server issues. Because as far as i'm concerned LL doesnt seem to understand even the basic issues. Why don't you realise you are seriously annoying people and making them very angry. Get it fixed once and for all. LOL Ive been saying that now for nearly 2 years and still you take no notice of what's being said or listen to people (Residents) who know what's happening. You just might learn something. When I finally managed to re-log back in. Its the old feature again "Clothing Downloading" so back to a pathhetic Standard first day Avatar, short, nothing fitting. Cant read an open notecard (it wont load), Can read a script (it won't load), Cant rez anything from inventory. ASSET SERVERS HAD IT I THINK. TIME TO REPLACE THEM. 1977 computer equipment just doesnt work in 2007 Is this ever going to end Damn Im angry

You know I find it a bit odd.. I have been in SL since 2005 and not once have I ever cleared cache on my computers. I play SL on 3 different PC's, and have never used that function. Then again.. I dont normally have any problems on my side.
All in all.. give them a bit of time. With everything in the game being player created.. it can leave alot of room for the game to get bogged down or even destroyed by something new a player creates somewhere.

Just because some people have few problems in their SL experience does not mean that everyone who does have problems is running crappy or subpar equipment. I happen to be somewhere in the middle.........I experience problems, but not as severe as others. My Windows XP machine far exceeds Second Life's posted miniumum requirements. Yet for about a month now I've been having more than normal problems with sudden crashes to the desktop (about twice as many in the last couple weeks as the whole of the rest of the time I've been in SL). My graphics drivers are current............so is XP. My firewall and router are configured correctly. And, I'm not the only one experiencing a noticable increase of problems. You just cannot constantly blame individual machines for problems that are occuring for many...........that is an absolutely assinine stance to take.
Linden Labs has big problems (as somewhat evidence by the blogs over the weekend). It's not getting better.......it's getting worse. It's not growing pains either (we've been stagnant at between 40 and 45 K concurrent users at peak times now for over a couple months). LL's equipment is apparently falling apart..........or their code is so borked it's eating itself. Waiting and "being patient" is not getting us anywhere.......except more frustrated.
Just don't try to passify me with "gee, we are doing our best. Give us time. It will get better soon..............promise". That's a BS line........and some of us don't like being BS'd.
