Can't rebake! (or access Client Menu)

Ever since my last update, I can't access the Client Menu (which I am addicted to). I've tried CTRL+ALT+DELETE and CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+DELETE. The first brings up my Windows Task Manager and the latter nothing.

Help me! What am I missing? Thanks
