i cant get on to teen sl when i go to join it take's me to reguler sl

i dont no why i cant join i never join befor i go to join teen secound life and it send me to reguler secound life join screen so i type my enfo and it dosent work do any one no why i have this problem like maybe there is another way to joini was woundering if any one could help me

Did you enter your birthdate on tha join screen correctly?

Make sure you put in the right birthday when you signup. If you do this incorrectly, your computer is flagged and you will not be able to signup until you contact [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] to straighten out the discrepency.

so torley if i am able to post in the form as i am at the moment then that means al i do is go to sl log in page at 2 pm and it will take me to teen sl wow if any one else has typed any thing to help me then thanks im not sure if she tolld me the right thing so if there is any other ways to help me please do i will try to get in tomarro if it dosent work ill post it thank you all god pless...........lowlowlocdog

Heya lowlowlocdog, as Joe mentioned, looks like you may have to contact [email=support@secondlife.com]support@secondlife.com[/email] to straighten this out. Another thing I know you can do easy, go on LIVE HELP (that's from the HELP menu in SL) and then just say your age and that you need a Linden's help. Best of hope gettin' where ya need to go!
