I am having login problems. I can log in from one machine in my home, but when I try to log in on from the other, it just gets stuck on "waiting for response"
I only need one AV to log in. Both machines are identical.
Everything was fine tilll the most recent update.
Any ideas?

Vonage and 1.6.2 don't mix
04-17-2005 19:27
Well I removed my Vonage phone from the network and things are back to normal.
The Vonage phone worked fine before the latest change the made to 1.6.2(2).
I'm going to hook it back up in a day or so, to verify the conflict.

Vonage's settings (according to their website, at least) use network ports along an extremely large range (tens of thousands of ports) that include the ports Second Life uses. There may be a potential for conflict as a result. The Vonage issue might not be as easily resolved, but see if this helps the second computer: http://secondlife.com/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=TechMultiplePCs

Vonage working with SL

Lee:
Thanks for the info.
I moved my computers off the vonage router, by installing my 4 port router between the modem and the vonage (router) phone.
Everything works fine now.
It could be a hardware problem in the vonage router.
