I don't know if anyone has reported this problem in the past, but I figured I would point it out.
When you get items during your session, they show up under All Items as well as Recent Items. I have noticed if I rename them or their folders under Recent Items, the new name doesn't update in the All Items list, and the same happens if I rename somthing under All Items, the old name remains under Recent Items. If you rename an item on one list, it should update the other list.
