I found a bug recently i believe from 1.10. When i'm in a IM session with someone on my friends list, sometimes as i reply to them it gives me a online notification, as if they had just came online, when they have in fact been online the whole time and been talking to me. I bug reported it but decided to post here just to make sure its not forgotten.

that was there in the previous version
It happens when they have changed region
It is a fallout from the new (ish) inter-sim comms systems
