Can't rez objects on small land parcel

I trimmed 80 square metres of land off a 592 parcel, figuring I'd have more success in trying to sell it (because land tier wouldn't kick in). I was right. It went within 24 hours.

Now however, I find that I can't rez anything on the 80 sq. metre parcel. Even though it supports 18 primitives, and it reports ZERO on the parcel, I get this message when I try to rez a prim:

"Can't create object because the parcel is full."

I thought the prim might be falling over the boundary...but no. I can rez one on the next land...slide it across...but once I close the edit window it autoreturns with the message:

"Second Life: Your object 'Object' has been returned to your inventory lost and found folder by you from parcel...."

! Is this normal? Am I overlooking something? Any ideas?

Does Dillon Morenz own the 80sm parcel, can't rez anything on it, and has prims shifted to it autoreturned? Sorry, I sometimes need to restate to clarify what I'm thinking.
