Can't Download Transactions?

Is anyone else having trouble using the "Download" button on the transaction page to download their transactions? I usually use this because it lets you filter out the 0L transactions. The download link to the right seems to work, but when I use the button, I get a blank excel file. :(

Okay, i've tried this with both IE and Firefox, the download button is definitely broken. It appears the dates for the range you want to download aren't being passed to the URL properly. I guess I'll have to open a JIRA...

Have you tried setting the date ranges, deslect the 0L$ transactions, clicking the button to show the report, then click the excel link? Works everytime for me. I think you will find, the excel link on the front page is a blank reporting page, which needs to have data transfered into it, when you view the report on the website, then you will get data in the query sheet.

yes, that works, but it used to be you could just set the date range and click the download button directly. That button no longer works.

It appears this problem has been fixed, I've closed the JIRA. :)
