I've been trying to reach the support section of SL.com for 25 minutes now, with no luck. I need to submit a ticket or talk to someone about an issue I'm having regarding linden purchases, but I can't even get to the part where I submit a ticket. "Insufficient account information" is the only message I get. Any suggestions or information would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was just able to submit a ticket. But what I'd rather do is enter into a chat session with support. It sure isn't easy to figure out how to. How does one enter or begin a chat with them? The airline industry has better customer relations.

Linden purchases? as in buying L$ with real money via Lindex and the account not updating? if so I have the problem right now, I checked my bank statement and it shows i got billed but my L$ amount remained unchanged

The airline industry has better customer relations. They also have about 1000x as many people working for them... To get to the live chat stuff, you have to work your way through the Solution Finder, once you log into the support page. _____________________

To get to the live chat stuff, you have to work your way through the Solution Finder, once you log into the support page. I did that. It may have been there somewhere but I sure couldn't find it. My point about the airlines is that I can at least navigate thier web sites and find something I need. |

And I just tried again, with no luck. Also, the solution finder seems rather limited. Its a voice issue, and there are no solutions for voice. At least not that I can find. |

Did you get to the point in the solution finder where you say "my answer isn't here" a couple/few times then prompts you for some text to search on? If so, you're almost there - enter some search text then, if you still need to chat with a Linden, do one more "my answer isn't here." After that, you should have the option to start a chat session.

I've tried many, many times, many different scenarios, even made up problems that don't exist since there is essentially nothing on voice.. all to no avail. It is difficult for me to believe there is actually a chat feature. If there is, they have expertly hid it. Very frustrating.
