Hi All

Im new to this site and need some help

When I try to get onto the main site -after it loads it just shuts straight down saying its crashed. Is it my graphics card? how do I know what card I have in at the moment? I have a laptop.

If you are using Windows XP, right click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop and click on the "properties". Select the "hardware" tab and click on the "device manager" button. Find your "display adapter" and expand it. Right click on that adapter and click "properties". That should tell you what graphics adapter you are using. Write down model and visit the website for your adapter and check for more recent drivers.

If you are using Mac then I have no idea how to tell which video adapter you are using.

Hope I've helped.

My soundcard

Hiya, the name is Spikus Unknown, my problem just started happening after my dad updated my comp. Everytime I logon to Second Life, all my sound is gone like someone pulled out my sound card. I've tried a few things to resolve this problem but I get the same results. How can I fix this problem?
